Use of isolation and protective clothing



1. According to the needs of diagnosis and treatment, isolation clothing or medical protective clothing should be selected. Protective clothing shall comply with the provisions of GB19082. The gown should be opened at the back to cover all clothing and exposed skin.
2. The following situations should wear isolation clothing:
A) When contacting patients with infectious diseases transmitted by contact, such as patients with infectious diseases and patients with multi-drug resistant bacteria infection, etc.
B) When performing protective isolation on patients, such as the diagnosis and treatment of patients with large area burns, bone marrow transplant patients, etc.
C) When it may be splashed by the patient's blood, body fluids, secretions and excreta.
3. Wear protective clothing in the following situations:
A) I When clinical medical personnel come into contact with patients with infectious diseases of Group A or managed by Group A infectious diseases.
B) When exposed to airborne or droplet-borne infectious disease patients, they may be splashed by the patient's blood, body fluids, secretions, and excreta
4. Grasp the number of correct ways to wear isolation clothing and medical protective clothing.
Fifth, the use of shoe covers
1. The shoe cover should have good waterproof performance and be applied at one time.
2. Wear shoe covers when entering the contaminated area from the potentially contaminated area and when entering the negative pressure ward from the buffer room.
3. The shoe cover should be worn in the specified area, and should be removed in time when leaving the area. If damage is found, it should be replaced in time.
Six, the use of waterproof apron
1. Divided into reusable apron and disposable apron.
2. When the patient's blood, body fluids, secretions and other pollutants may be splashed and the multiple medical equipment is cleaned, a waterproof apron should be worn.
3. Repeated use of apron should be cleaned and disinfected in time after each shift. In case of damage or penetration, it should be replaced in time.
4. Disposable apron should be used only once, and should be replaced in time when it is obviously polluted.
Seven, the use of hats
1. Divided into cloth hats and disposable hats.
2. Before entering the contaminated area and clean environment, you should wear a hat when performing aseptic operations.
3. If it is contaminated by the patient's blood or body fluid, it should be replaced immediately.
4. Cloth hats should be kept clean and replaced and cleaned every time or every day.
5. Disposable caps should be used once.
